Spend a day visiting wineries along the Seneca Wine Trail just 5 minutes away or Cayuga Wine Trail. For lunch or dinner you have your choice of waterfront dining, dining al fresco at one of the vineyards, or perhaps cooking on the patio or in the kitchen at Falling Waters House with fresh ingredients you p picked up from the local organic farms!
For the outdoor enthusiast:Enjoy swimming, boating, hiking, and exploring.Falling Waters House has it's own private dock for you to dock your boat (a boat launch is conveniently located only 3 miles south at Clute Memorial Park in Watkins Glen). It also has a small inflatable kayak and life jackets for your use. Only a few miles away is the Finger Lakes National Forest where you can hike through miles of tree covered trails and enjoy picking berries trailside in season. The Finger Lakes are known for their spectacular gorges and waterfalls. Watkins Glen State Park is a must see!
